Measurement Guidelines
Terms & Conditions
How To Order
1. Customers can place order via email to voguecloset@gmail.com
2. Please state clearly the item code, colour and price in your order. Specify normal or registered mail.
3. All prices stated are subjected to additional SGD $1.50 for Normal Mail and SGD $2.50 for Registered Mail. Only local postage (By Singpost).
Delivery Policy
4. All items stated except Preorder items are available in 1 qty only. Preorder items are subjected to stock availability from the supplier.
5. We will respond asap via email to confirm the stock availability and payment details.
6. We will accumulate all orders to a dedicated date. Waiting time can be up to 4 weeks and above.
7. If preorder items are in your order, your order (incl. instock items) will only be sent out upon date of arrival of preorder items.
8. Orders with no preorder items will be processed immediately and sent out once payment is received.
9. All goods sold are non-refundable or exchange.
10. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of postage.
11. We do not conduct meet-ups or cash-on-delivery.
Payment Policy
12. Make payment to our bank account within 3 days. We will cancel orders with lapse payment.
13. We only accept payment via POSB/DBS Fund Transfer.
14. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. We will notify when order has been despatched.
15. We will refund if the item is out-of-stock after you have transferred the payment.
